Product Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced product marketer to join our rapidly growing team, building on our product capabilities and positioning to help drive further adoption and retention of Quore customers. 


Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and analytical thinker to support our go-to-market messaging, positioning, and strategy for our solutions at Quore. You’ll define and refine how we position and sell our innovative products from the 30,000 feet level and the feature level, all while keeping our customers’ points of view top of mind. You’ll bridge the gap between product, sales and marketing, bringing a customer-centric point of view to messaging by aligning new product initiates with real customer needs. You’ll continually look for ways to test and optimize the content and format of our sales and product messaging to resonate with the right buyers at the right time and place. 


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Design, enablement, execution, and measurement of product marketing initiatives, product launches, and go to market plans
  • Develop marketing plans, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Customer success to create an industry-leading customer experience, increase customer satisfaction and drive more product engagement 
  • Provide crisp and clear messaging with compelling value propositions targeting our audience of new product features through appropriate marketing channels such as email, social, in-product, etc. 
  • Ensure the strategy is working by monitoring KPIs, holding partner teams accountable for their piece of the puzzle, and ensuring that all pieces ladder up to the most effective path to the goals of furthering product adoption
  • Help our Product, Marketing and Sales teams respond to business problems and market feedback — so we can anticipate what customers need before they do


Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ of experience in a marketing role focused on product & retention
  • Experience or background in SaaS or related enterprise technologies
  • Ability to craft both value-based and feature-focused messaging for multiple audiences
  • Analytics-focused with robust analytic and quantitative skills
  • A creative thinker—someone who is resourceful and always looking at finding new ways to enhance customer loyalty and growth
  • Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams on projects to drive business results
  • Experience working in the travel and hospitality sector preferred
